Contact us
Questions, bug reports, feature requests, or partnership ideas — we'd love to hear from you.
We usually reply within two business days. When reporting a bug, please include the browser you're using, roughly how many cubes wide your mosaic was, and a description of what happened.
Other tools we build
- Rubik's Cube Solver — step-by-step solutions for a scrambled cube.
What we love hearing about
Rubik Mosaic Generator is maintained by a very small team, so we can't offer one-to-one support the way a big SaaS company can, but there are a few categories of message that always get a reply:
- Build photos. Send us pictures of finished mosaics — especially if we can share them (with credit) in the gallery. Nothing motivates us to keep improving the tool like seeing what people build.
- Source-image edge cases. If you find a photo the generator struggles with, send it. Bad outputs are how we discover which dithering, resizing, or colour-matching decisions still need work.
- Classroom and workshop reports. Teachers, librarians, and maker-space organisers using cube mosaics as a project — we'd love to hear what worked, what didn't, and what documentation was missing.
- Accessibility issues. Screen-reader problems, keyboard traps, contrast issues, motion sensitivity — please tell us. Accessibility bugs skip the queue.
What we probably can't help with
We can't recommend a specific cube brand for your country, we can't ship physical mosaics, and we can't take custom build commissions. For those, try a local cubing community or a professional mosaic studio. If you're looking for algorithms to speedsolve a scrambled cube (as opposed to placing stickers into a mosaic pattern), our sister site Cube Solver is the right starting point.
Business and press enquiries
For interviews, feature requests from schools or businesses, licensing questions, or partnership ideas involving cube retailers, please email us using the address above with the subject line prefix [press] or [business] so we can prioritise correctly. Include a short description of the project, timelines, and any relevant links; we'll come back with either a proper reply or an honest "not a fit right now" within the same two-business-day window.
Reporting abuse or takedown requests
Because uploaded images never leave your browser, we don't host user content and there is nothing to take down on the generator itself. If you believe content on one of our own pages (the gallery, guide, or blog posts) infringes your rights, email us with links to both the original work and the alleged infringement, and we'll respond promptly.
